TubFacts is a look into our daily performance with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) from our entire organization, American Bath Group. We are always eager to see how we are doing and excited to see consistency in our numbers. Our goal is long term stability and continued improvements.

By using several KPIs to monitor our efforts, TubFacts helps keep us focused on providing a better Customer Experience each day. We’ve been tracking our KPI’s for a long time, and we feel the the correct thing to do is share our performance with our partners and customers. Understanding how we evaluate ourselves and seeing our efforts to improve are key to us Building a Better Partnership, and in turn Building a Better Bathware Industry.

 
 
OSAT
This is our central customer satisfaction measurement. It is derived from our customers overall satisfaction rating from each survey for all touch points.
LTBA
On each survey we ask our customers how likely are they to buy again. Over the last year it has been very encouraging to see that more of our customers are choosing to buy our products as repeat customers.
 
 

While we have seen a number of events recently that might have lead to disruptions in supply chains and distribution, American Bath Group is well positioned to mitigate those risks. We have actively prepared for many possibilities and are confident in our ability to deliver the products you need in nearly any circumstance. We will continue to keep supporting our customers in time of uncertainly as a top priority.

These are the indices that help us gauge our overall efforts, and if they are effective. We
